Strategic Community Impact

The Falcon Warbirds Foundation is committed to serving our community in four key ways:

1. Inclusive Funding Opportunities: We believe that federal grant projects create more jobs in private and public sectors of our community. By providing funding for employment, we can help improve the structure of our community. Small Business and Individuals are the pillars of our community, we strive to make access to funding feasible for all.

2. Public Community Programs: We are pleased to offer new no-essay scholarships this year to anyone who can take a photo. Participants may be awarded full payment for written exams and check rides. For young people seeking an Oshkosh Airshow experience, we offer two chances to win a full ride with the Aviation Explorers Post #359.

3. Free Public Events: Our doors are open to everyone, including veterans, scholars, students, professionals, people of leisure, and young people. Our community events, such as the Pancake Breakfast, Movie Nights, and Holiday Parties, are designed to strengthen our community in difficult times and to collaborate with shared resources in prosperous times. It all starts with restoring and preserving the journey of those from the past that made a difference for us today.

4. Access to Aviation Education: Our foundation is committed to providing access to aviation education for all. Anyone is welcome to learn formation flying, get an annual flight review, is invited to informal clinics, and to take a tour of our facility.

Women Majority

The First Warbird Organization Making A Lasting Impacting

Leaders That Extent Trust & Decorum

The Falcon Warbirds Foundation is thrilled to announce a Women Majority Board of Officers and Directors. As we observe a significant rise in women's participation in aviation and aerospace fields, the Foundation aims to uphold values such as virtue, wholesomeness, and elegance, synonymous with the Warbirds Community.
As the first Warbirds organization with a female majority, the Foundation's priorities are shifting towards a more inclusive and welcoming culture that prioritizes family values, prudence, and social continuity.
In January, we anticipate the arrival of four outstanding women who will bring their unique perspectives and talents to the Board, contributing to the Foundation's strength and inspiring others. Together, we aim to preserve the history of our veterans and honor their contributions to the world.
